Lovett just completed his sophomore season with Mizzou and has two years of eligibility left. He led the Tigers in receptions (56) and receiving yards (846) with three TDs. Lovett was third in the SEC in receiving yards per game (70.5) and receptions a game (4.7).

The 5-foot-10, 175-pound pass-catcher signed with the Tigers as a part of their 2020 recruiting class. He was rated a 4-star recruit by the 247Sports Composite and was the nation’s No. 52 overall player. Plus, Lovett was the No. 3 player out of the state of Illinois.

Scouting Report:

“Not a prospect that stands out physically. Below average height and weight at the position, but has a package of skills that more than makes up for it. Has excellent acceleration and burst. Beats defenders off the line cleanly and can create immediate separation off the snap. Can make cuts at full speed and has the same burst out of his breaks. Shows good ball-tracking skills and the ability to adjust to deep balls in the air. Has a dangerous ability after the catch as well. Must get stronger and also show he can go over the middle. His timed speed is not quite as fast as his game speed. A big-play guy who can play in the slot or outside but fits the new mold of receivers who can be dangerous in a spread-out system. Power 5 starter and also fits the mold of what more NFL teams are going towards.” — Allen Trieu on 247Sports
