Georgia flips Drew Bobo from Auburn
Just a few days before the start of the Early Signing Period, Georgia has flipped 3-star offensive tackle Drew Bobo, who was originally committed to Auburn.
The 6-foot-5, 300-pound lineman is the son of former UGA quarterback and offensive coordinator, Mike Bobo.
Bobo is currently ranked the nation’s No. 643 overall player, No. 56 offensive tackle and No. 27 prospect in Alabama, per the 247Sports Composite.
He received his offer from the Bulldogs back in June after attending a camp and working out for position coach Matt Luke.

Bobo committed to Auburn just over two months ago, although he backed off his pledge on Monday after his dad was fired from his position under first-year head coach Brian Harsin on Nov. 30. Now, as a legacy commit, he joins a Georgia class that is currently ranked No. 2 nationally behind Alabama.
Bobo joins the Bulldogs’ 2022 recruiting class that already features several offensive linemen. 4-star Aliou Bah, alongside 3-stars Jacob Hood and Griffin Scroggs, are the other linemen currently committed to Georgia. The Bulldogs now have 25 commits with the insertion of Bobo.
